Terms & Conditions

1. The purchase of a Sleep & Business Start-Up Mentorship Programme (the “Mentorship Programme”) or a Sleep Certification Course (“Certification Course”), will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. The full fee for The Sleep Consultant Academy services is due on booking the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course with The Sleep Consultant Academy, except in circumstances where the Client (the payer and receiver of the Mentorship Programme) has opted for a payment plan option, where the full fee is due on the agreed date. 

3. Digital products which are purchased with instant access, or which are downloadable, inclusive of the Mentorship Programme and Certification Course, are not eligible for refund.

4. In respect of the Mentorship Programme and Certification Course, the Client agrees that it shall not provide any material from the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course, or allow access to material from Mentorship Programme or Certification Course, to any third party who is not a Client.

5. Advice given by The Sleep Consultant Academy is intended as advice related to sleep and business creation, and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.

6. The Sleep Consultant Academy advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep training or business training that does not achieve the desired result following the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course delivery.

7. The Sleep Consultant Academy reserves the right to not proceed with a Client joining or accessing the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.

8. During the support period of the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course, The Sleep Consultant Academy is contactable at any time during the day but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.

9. The Sleep Consultant Academy runs a supportive and caring community, with kindness and respect at the heart of this. The Sleep Consultant Academy reserves the right to remove any Client from the community without refund, should any rude, unkind or negative behaviour be exhibited to either the coaches or fellow students.

10. The Sleep Consultant Academy is entitled to request reviews from purchasers of the Mentorship Programme or Certification Course.

11. The Sleep Consultant Academy reserves the right to cease the provision of the support provided before the completion date of the Sleep Business Course or before completion of the Certification Course, in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of the team The Sleep Consultant Academy team.

12. All proprietary data of The Sleep Consultant Academy, including but not limited to: The Daddy Sleep Consultant’s sleep training methods, must be licensed for use by the Client. Any unlicensed use of proprietary data of The Sleep Consultant Academy will be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions and subject to legal challenge.

13. Comforting Through Change™ is a licensed method and can only be used when part of The Sleep Consultant Academy community (“AcademyPLUS”). Our customers are part of AcademyPLUS during the agreed support period of the Mentorship Programme or in a post-support subscription period.

14. If any Client works directly with another sleep consultancy, including but not limited to being an employee or contractor, they will forfeit access to all of the material with immediate effect.

15. A Client is not eligible to setup their own training academy for sleep consultants at least 12 months after signing up to the Courses, and if the Client setups their Academy after this initial 12 month period, no proprietary data belonging to The Sleep Consultant Academy shall be used.

16. A Client who is on a payment plan must make payment on their payment due date. If a payment has not been received on payment due date, the Client’s access to the content and support group will be suspended until payment is made.

17. These Terms & Conditions include the Mark license.

18. The Sleep Consultant Academy reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
